We'd be looking for a little more than scribblings on a wall or marks on papyrus. The egyptians ability to absolutely eradicate such a large exodus from the record (keep in mind that we can spot minor parts of the silk road -from orbit- after all this time, even though we don't think more than a few camels ever crossed these particular paths) would be a miracle of the first order -and I wasn't aware that god was on their side..performing miracles for them. No dice GC.
