How is it against logic? Wouldn't it be against logic to assume that people who are already dead are somehow magically punished? What about criminals who are executed; they were not unpunished, but they still go to hell. What if it was a crime to breathe but no one was convicted for it. Would we all go to hell? What about Hitler?



I think you need to better clarify who goes to hell, and defend a justification for using infinite punishment for a finite crime.
