I don't know how I feel about this. I see both sides. Bottom line though, Christians are called to submit to authority unless it conflicts with Biblical truth. If your employer asks you not to talk about religion at work, I don't think you should talk about religion at work.

Because christianity relies at its heart on biblical assertions irreconciliable with systems of truth finding demonstrated to have sustained unique and genuine improvements in human condition, Nothing can have sustainable moral authority without at it its heart being fundamentally irreconciliable with the bible.

Preaching at work should be grounds for firing. If that turns out to be why he was fired, I support it.

Respect for your beliefs ends once you try to push it onto others.

Telling your employees how to vote should be grounds for having all your assets taken from you.
