I'm with you, I really don't have any problem calling the folks who like to say "therefore spirits" exactly what they are, ignorant. This sort of thinking is unnacceptable in all but the most extreme of circumstances. This isn't even starting in on what preceded "therefore spirits". An adult who engages in this has lost the respect required to turn my ear.
