Does Death Exist? New Theory Says ‘No’

Well i said before that i hope that death is the last stage,and nothing more. But i don't know where does our energy from the body go when we die.Does it turn into soil or something else

I haven't a clue because I've never been dead past the point of no return. Nobody has, including those who insist there is something after death and those who insist there's nothing.

so the best thing to do is to not worry about this because sometimes i think about it and it really messes me up.

-Do you avoid such questions,and how?

-So is the point of life that we enjoy it just right (not to much not to less).

- If there is life after death,will i find my old friends again? (sorry just had to put this question in)

-If a parallel universe exists and if i'm nice in this universe does this mean i'm mean in the other one?
