Currently the plan is to meet at the pub at 6pm. However, this is also the time the event opens doors, and given that it is now sold out, I think we should move the meeting time to 5:30pm so that we can all have a drink and get to the event just after 6 (meaning we can all sit together).
Rob and Lee are arriving in Egham at 3:30 as far as I am aware, and the best train for us to leave to Crowthorne is the 16:20, so we can get there for the 5:30 meetup in time. Does this sound like a good idea or not?
