Because you constantly keep asserting that one has to debate the fundermental laws of a state, or that the high courts or some other legal representative ows you an explaination for why certain things are illegal.
They dont.
And frankly most people feel comfortable in a sociaty in which childrape, corpsefucking and the genital mutilation of a child (and yes you wanted to debate the "legal possiblity" of two of these subjects) are illegal.
If you personaly think that these things should be legal then you should deliver your arguments for that.
Otherwise I simply think that you are trying to get attention through being outrageous.
