Newborns constantly turn up in trashcans and park throughout the world. It is not a sign that there is a lack of morality, but a sign that the country does not not provide the social inferstructure to make parenting easy, de-criminalise having a child out of wedlock, giving support to single parents and providing institutions for unwanted children.
