My, but that was a short list. And to think... most of those are *completely* for cosmetic reasons; the rest are heavily impacted by cosmetics.
Self-image is a pretty solid motivator, and it's fairly frustrating to be misgendered for most of the trans community.
Range and scope have nothing to do with whether a thing be altering apparence by intent.

Actually, I'm attempting to spare those who might not know squat about transsexuality from the misinformation you are providing. That's why I'm being extra sure to be extra explanatory.
