Not that God couldn't I just don't know of a situation like yours where God did what you are asking.
Obviously he felt bothered enough to show something according to the biblical writers, else we'd have empty pages. Shame he only bothered himself so many thousands of years ago. It does look like he he can't be bothered anymore though, perhaps he moved on to another more willing planet.

What did the bible writers first do in order for God to work with them? Here is a hint: it is what I told brakeman he must first do before God would work with him.
