Yes we get the word itself from Greek - τετραγράμματον (Tetragrammaton), and it means four letters. So if YHWH is a tetragrammaton ("the" Tetragrammaton) then YHWDH is a pentagrammaton. YSVO is another tetragrammaton, no prize for guessing what name that one is.
