After such a probationary period has elapsed, the member will have demonstrated at least a basic commitment to being part of the community. If your sole reason for joining was to advertise your document and you have no intention of complying with our rule for doing so, well of course nobody is going to force you but on the other hand I suspect nobody is going to chase after you either.
