There is no such thing as the holy spirit which indwells all humans. The Holy Spirit indwells only believers. You should stop pretending to be a Christian. You are not fooling God.
'Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”' (2 Tim 2:19)
I think you made a leap assuming that Jacob(smooth) said that the holy spirit is in every person. Every person, we believe, is receptive to it:
Romans 1:18-20 "what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse."
