I don't understand why you are arguing with me, I'm just a messenger, these are facts, what you chose to do with them is up to you. If you have an issue with Dawkins' agnosticism then take it up with him, he said it, not me.
You need to redirect your ire where it will better serve you.

Why did you even bother responding with this tripe. I refuted you point by point and you're going to pretend that you have solid facts when you were wrong or misconstrued on every point. That's why I'm arguing with you, you think you have bombshells and it's ridiculous. Dawkins has called himself an atheist before, I even linked you to a page. Intellectually dishonest little guy.
You need to relax more.
You are so intent on driving this thread to your own agenda you are completely missing the point in my OP. To spell it out for you, I'm not interested in your agenda and I'm not going to engage with it.
I'm not being ignorant, I have responded to you. That I have not jumped on your 'band waggon' is your issue, not mine.

Dawkins is an agnostic atheist. How hard is it to understand? were you dropped on your head as a child or something?
In your quotation from the debate, look at what Anthony Kenny defines atheism as;Quote:Anthony Kenny: Since he [Rowan Williams] has been sporting enough to bring god into the discussion, and you I think, Richard, believe you have a disproof of god's existence. He's saying atheism is "having a disproof of a gods existence". That's blatantly false, and only refers to Gnostic atheism. When RD says he's an agnostic, he's not saying "I'm an agnostic, but not an atheist", he's saying that he is indeed agnostic, but not an atheist (a Gnostic atheist) under AK's faulty definition. He then uses his 7 point scale to describe his position clearly as an agnostic atheist.
You and Quantum Theorist should go to a spa together.

"I think I use the term “radical” rather loosely, just for emphasis. If you describe yourself as “atheist,” some people will say, “Don’t you mean ‘agnostic’?” I have to reply that I really do mean atheist, I really do not believe that there is a god; in fact, I am convinced that there is not a god (a subtle difference). I see not a shred of evidence to suggest that there is one ... etc., etc. It’s easier to say that I am a radical atheist, just to signal that I really mean it, have thought about it a great deal, and that it’s an opinion I hold seriously." - Douglas Adams (and I echo the sentiment)
