We have the exact same problem. 'Cept our problem is with people who not only come from shithole countries, but they bring their fucked up religion along with them. We have "Muslim areas" just like I imagine you have "Hispanic areas". Guess what dude! You don't have to live there! Sure, it's sad whenever I drive through those places and see what's happened to them. I don't want any more of my country to be warped by this problem. But fuck. Get your priorities right. What am I going to do if I inadvertently moved to an area like that? Stay in the same place and defiantly try to change every fucker living around me? Yeah, because that's going to work. No. I fucking move. Like any other sensible person would.
