Negative....the people who created the species claimed they designed these features. Mycoplasm Laboratorium has features that can best be explained by intelligent agents. This is a fact and the only one who disputes it is you.

By evidence, you mean a pathway by which it could have evolved. There is no evidence(to my knowledge) that pathway was actually realized instead of the feature being intelligently designed. I think the flagellum did evolve but I can't prove it.
