Would a story like this shock anyone I wonder?

RE: Would a story like this shock anyone I wonder?
Ok prepare to be disappointed Tongue

The reason I wrote this was as an experiment, I thought I'd try to put the story of the christian god into human form, and have him apprehended to answer for his actions.

20 years ago, a man blindfolded a woman and raped her.

God decides he wants a son, so he decides to impregnate a woman without consent. Mary didn't even see it happening. I use 20 years as a human equivalent to about 2000 years of biblical history.

His identity was never discovered, and the child resulting from that rape never knew her father.

By child, I refer to the resulting race of people. God is the direct father of the actual child in the human story, but expanding it to fit with gods image, he is the "father" to all humans. He has since failed to reveal himself in any meaningful way, so his atheist children did not know him.

Yesterday a man abducted the child and tortured her in his basement. When finally apprehended, the man claimed to be the rapist in question.

God abducts the souls of his children which he deems unworthy. He tortures them in hell. Since god got apprehended here, he has to explain. He starts his "defence" by saying he created the child in the first place.

He was angry because the child didn't know his identity. He said he had sent several letters to the child.

God punishes his children because they don't believe he is real. That is enough for him to resort to torture. He claims evidence was made clear for his existence.

The child had no idea what the letters were supposed to mean, as they made little sense. The rapist claimed they contained crytpic clues which would have led the child to his hiding place.

The children had read the letters from god (the Bible) and the sceptically minded among them could make no real sense of it and didn't take it seriously. But apparently the letters were enough for you to "find god". I say hiding place, because after the initial rush of activity of god 2000 years ago, he has been clearly absent.

The rapist already has a cult following of other psycopaths who are praising his actions.

Instead of calling this psychopath the monster that he is, he is worshipped and say that he is right and just to torture his children for not interpreting correctly his obscure book.

This just in:

The rapist seemingly has multiple personality disorder, giving his first initial sometimes as "J" and sometimes as "G", and occasionally "Y". This has strengthened his cult following.

God has many names and forms. He is Jehovah, God, Yahweh... even Jesus. He claims to be both a god and a human at the same time, not even counting the holy ghost. This contradiction is somehow heralded as a good thing.

An elderly policeman was alarmed at the striking similarities between this series events and ones that took place 40 years ago. He said that the perpetrator was apprehended but escaped, and most of the records about this case mysteriously disappeared.

The events here of this remarkable god are far from original, they borrowed (stole) elements from much older religions. In particular the virgin birth has appeared all over the place.

Well there's the white van outside, so I guess I'm off. I hope you enjoyed my fevered rantings Smile
