Doesn't matter. The guilt isn't legitimate.
When Jesus was dying on the cross God actually transferred our guilt to him. This is something no human legal system can do.
His invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.
