Yea they are but Jesus offers forgiveness from your sins if not you will still be punished.
If he offers forgiveness for homosexuality (according to you), why does he not offer forgiveness for gay marriage? And if he does, then why are you against something that will just be forgiven?
You're using the old testament to justify being against something -gay marriage- by stating that we need to follow that law.
You're NOT against another thing -gay sex-, even though the Old Testament has a law regarding that too. You say Jesus forgives that, and so you are not against that.
Jesus would (I assume) also forgive gay marriage, so how are you against it?
