"Nature" means that human behavior is intrinsic to a human merely by being born a human-- so only the instincts which separate a human from the wolves would be called nature.
Being reared in a pack of wolves versus being reared normally among humans, the wolflike behavior would be a perfect example of the influence of nurture. The ability of the human to eventually dominate the pack due to its intelligence and opposable thumbs, a la Jungle Book, would be due to nature.
