The Bible, what's literal and what's not?

RE: The Bible, what's literal and what's not?
Christians are so full of themselves, all religions are wrong and either false or dupes of Satan. The only one and true religion is Christianity although most of the tales of the bible are nothing more than fabricated tales that they stole and rewrote from pre-existing ancient mythology. Not to mention all of the lies regarding the exodus from Egypt and the sojourning in the desert, one thing that the Hebrews were good at was rewriting history to accommodate their beliefs or their political goals under the guise of religion. In important matters of so called fact as in the case of the exodus they conveniently forgot to mention the name of the Pharaoh that ruled, and died with his armies in the Red sea (or is it the sea of Reeds?).

Even today they try to find archeological evidence to back these lies and have been unsuccessful, you have to give them an A for effort. When something seems ridiculous in the scriptures they relegate it to an allegory or a parable so as to cover up how stupid it really is if read literally, and to deny to themselves that it is in fact a contradiction. To believe that the bible is the word of this fictional god you claim exists is to stretch the imagination beyond logic and reason.

You can't prove your god exist because he simply doesn't, he is the product of ancient myths and beliefs based on ignorance and fear of many previous civilizations and cultures. I am certain at least to my own satisfaction basing myself on my own research and previous experience as an evangelist that god or gods for that matter do not and cannot exist. Of course we don't know exactly how the universe came to be or how life suddenly evolved on our planet, but god is not the answer.
There is nothing people will not maintain when they are slaves to superstition
