Because what they say works out logically, and has successfully lasted two millennia against scrutiny.
Maybe they just wrote bible to control people. And maybe its just lucifer's work.. (and you know with that book christians killed a lot of innocent people) how could you know???

I cannot know... that's the point of Christianity. Like I said above... I accept it to be true and act on that. And what is promised acts out in real life. It isn't a lie... it works out as it says it does.
