If the law is that everything that exists needs a creator then that also applies to your deity. It's a copout when you use that argument and it applies to everything but your own deity is conveniently exempt from the rule.
Evolution is a scientific theory (note the word in the scientific context) that has held up to over 150 years of hostile attacks. It has not only stood up, butt has become the fundamental basis for most of our life sciences.
Creationism, on the other hand, is a claim with no supporting evidence at all.
Oh, and when you respond to me I would appreciate it if you wouldn't keep including quotes from your holy book.
I've mentioned I don't like being prosletysed to.
beccs, only God can create life out of nothing. All of creation points back to God. What you fail to grasp is that God is not restricted by natural laws. If He is able to sustain life on this planet and keep it spinning then I also believe He is able to do things which sometimes we find hard to grasp.
First up, it's Beccs with a capital "B", since it's a real name.
Science seems to show that your first claim is wrong, since we have already created the basis of life in the lab.
No, the universe does not point to a creator. And if it did, it certainly doesn't immediately mean YOUR god. We evolved to fit the conditions of our planet and spinning planets is the norm, not the exception.
Finally, if it does indeed exist your god appears to be the ultimate absentee landlord.
