You can sort of compartmentalize Jesus as white in your head and never give it much thought, but seeing the story unfold shows in stark contrast how ridiculous it is.
A lot of Christians can't handle the fact that if Jesus actually existed, he'd look a lot like the kinds of people they'd rather bomb out of existence.
