I've found that there's a very wide definition that can be applied. When I became a Christian... was born again and changed my life to follow Christ, I thought that was pretty much all there was. I knew of Catholicism and also that those weren't Christian in the same way. I've since learnt that some Catholics are born again too. And further, I've evolved to accept all expression of the divine.
Then there are the non trinitarian bunch.
Which are actual Christians?? All are. You just need to be more accurate. I'm an active Protestant Christian. I identify closely with all other Christians who acknowledge the Niceen creed.
