I'm coming around to the fact that is is, in essence, murder. Deliberate actions that result in death. This is probably a good thing the government is doing. But since the problem is so widespread, and death penalty appeals slow down the execution process, shouldn't they beef up rehabilitation programs and such? I wonder what Indonesia is doing in that regard.
