Hate the belief, not the believer

If they are doing awful things they are responsible for their actions, don't let them off the hook for their actions, but forgive them for your own health. You understand what I'm saying. The reason anyone thought you might develop a hate for them is because of what you say they have done to you. Do you realize that if you will live in joy they will live in misery.

I don't want them to live in misery. I hope that they might find peace despite what they've done. I wish them health, safety, and true happiness. I love them even though they're awful.

I understand you love them and want them to be happy, that is good, but at your expense. If what I believe you are saying is correct, they're only happy when you're miserable. Sometimes life gives us few choices because of the choices of others and it seems you are in such a position. So, why not choose the one that makes you happy, they are at fault, they've forced you into this position of misery, do not give them the satisfaction, be happy, live in joy and think about those children they need to see you happy and it's difficult to fool children by pretending your happy in front of them. This is what I meant by them being miserable, they have no influence on you when you decide to live a life that's full of joy and children that are smiling because you are happy, it's healthy for you and the children. If they want to be awful people you can't change that, you can change how you live despite what their doing so make happiness your life.

Some of the things I've said here are from the scriptures, even if you do not want to believe, there is good advice in the Bible to have in your life.
People make out of religion what they want, doesn't mean they are right nor does it make Christianity as Christ taught wrong, people who choose to use Christianity as a weapon are teetering on the edge. People who live by Christ's words can't act like what you have described, no way.

I spent enough time cherry picking the bible to know that if you look hard enough you can find gems. I very much like the whole not passing judgement thing as well as loving others and forgiveness. The truth is, though, you don't need a bible or a god to know those things or to do them.

Well our opinion on this is going to differ, my main concern is that you can find the joy your life needs, deserves. I find those things from scripture and try to pass it own for anyone, to help them, suggesting things that apply to their situation. My concern is for you, you are not happy, it's because others are dealing you a bad hand, you do not have to play the hand they deal out, please change it for your benefit and your children's benefit.
