Which in the end still isn't all that great.
atheists naturally say god is evil, they dont pay attention to his message and dont study and how he actually carried out his justice and why he carried it. they just see killing and say god is evil. people were more rebellious in "god the father time" jesus was also around as the angel of the lord according to research. i used to think the same thing until i reasearched it. do your research is your very skeptical about gods mercy. i do think he has high standards. but hed have to they were the first "christians" they would form descendents who should follow god. god had to keep reminding them to follow him through time and trust me it must have been a headache for him.

You call your god perfect, despite the fact that he can't figure out how to get everyone to do what he wants them to do. He can't even keep all of the people who want to follow him from killing each other over how to worship him, never mind all the people who don't believe he exists or is worth worshiping.
Mary Poppins was practically perfect in every way.
were not talking about mary poppins. when you follow gods word fully you can become perfect in everyway. im sure mary werent christian and shes fantasy you follow gods word you will really be perfect. god doesnt tamper with free will and its because he want people to follow him in spirit and truth not just forced that why he allowed adam and eve to make the mistake and the existence of the devil. to want to spend eternity with him you need to really want him when everything around you says no. you say yes and then he gives you a perfect and great reward for that.

you can be perfect if you strive to follow gods law fully. nobodies perfect jesus was though. but you can be just like him of course youv sinned already but gods law then you will be perfect in his eyes and then you get rewarded for that.

I would like to ask all of you a question. Do you not pick and choose as an atheist? You say God is evil but where are you getting your standard for what is evil? I can say something is evil because I have an absolute standard on what I base evil off of which is God and what He says about himself. So where are you getting you standard of evil from?
How about you compare what you claim God says and what God actually does in the Bible.
If you get your standards from the Bible, I fear you don't have morals that are in line with the modern world.

chad would you want someone who wants nothing to do with you to join you in heaven?!. it goes you like the devil and worship him and follow his ways dispite the fact he absolultely hates you. join him its that simple.

bingo!

god the father and jesus and the holy spirit are exactly the same. their methods are sightly varied which you can use the discover their individuality as a unit and as a perosn in the trinity they all get angry at the same things, they get happy at the same things and they came together with a plan to draw people back to them in the order; they are announced is the order they work. they really love us because they want us to join them in heaven and rule with them. (i dont know over what though) they want use to have a partnership with them.
