Ooohh shit. If I was Google, I’d be very embarrassed. At least they apologized, and it seemed the woman didn’t take it as bad as she could have (judging by the article). Yeah, technology like this, isn’t going to be perfect, and Google should be hesitant of using things like this. No matter how advanced a machine is, it’s not going to have the exact capabilities of a human brain.
