Like I said, for me, potential employers, even family members could happen to search my name up. If it came up on this forum, I doubt I'd want that so much. Honestly, I don't see why you wouldn't understand the reasons for that. I bet most people are the same. There's a reason most people like their privacy on the internet. But again, not knocking you really, it's up to you, your circumstances might be different and you might not need to care about your online presence. But it just strikes me that a few people are a little open about their meat space identities, especially when anyone in the world can look at the posts on this forum.

I missed your edit, and I can understand your situation now that you have explained it.  As for me, I am of the mind that they can fuck themselves if they in any way hate who I am or what I post.
