I am confused.
I've never seen blowers stacked like that.
What does the second one do?
Roots used as superchargers are positive displacement compressors whose flow is dependent on rotor size and the speed they are driven.
The drive pulleys for both appear to be very near the same size.  The volume of gas from the first would not be further compressed by the second as it would first expand into the evacuated rotor spaces of the second before being re-compressed.
Is it for cosmetics?  or am I missing something here?  Maybe smaller rotors on the bottom one?
So how, exactly, does God know that She's NOT a brain in a vat? Huh
