Absolutely not. To keep certain groups from running for an elected office is out right discrimination. This country was built on a very fundamental proposition that all men/women are created equal, that should leave out the idea of one groups opinion of another groups abilities. What you propose is as bad as whites not wanting anyone but whites running the country, because only whites have the mental capacity to do so. Get real!

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
