I was but to be fair I do think there's something wrong with someone being investigated for terrorism who wife left him for beating her and he can still buy an assault rifle.
That's in relation to the American shooting.
On the other hand there's situations like this where it kind of makes you think the problem isn't totally down to the weapons used.
By federal law..in the US.. a person convicted of domestic violence in any state (or under protective orders) cannot legally purchase or possess a firearm.
