I saw a quote somewhere (I wish I could remember who said it) that went, "The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits."

People like your friend's brother should not be allowed to breed.

That quote is spot on.

The sad part about it is that he did breed and with someone who is like-minded.

I hope the kids can overcome the idiocy that the parents will no doubt be drilling into their impressionable heads.

That's highly unlikely as they are refusing to send the kid to public schools and are home-schooling instead. It's too bad. So far the kid is really bright, as far as I can tell.

Why does it seem like it's always religious dimbulbs who want to "home school" their kids? Gotta keep the kiddies from learning about evolution and the history of the planet, I suppose. I can only imagine the rude awakening these kids will get the first time they go out into the world and try to function with the belief that man and dinosaurs lived together. Can you picture one of these kids getting on Jeopardy?

Contestant: "I'll take 'Extinct Animals' for five hundred, Alex."

Alex Trebek: "Possessing teeth up to seven inches long, this beast was feared by pre-historic man."

Contestant: (with smug look on his face) "That would be the Tyrannosaurus Rex, Alex!"

Audience: BWAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
