Possibly with the philosophical exemption, but really, in practice, all it does is open up a possibility of outbreaks of diseases we thought were a thing of the past. My suggestion was that non vaccinated kids' parents be required to let their school know. That way they keep the healthy non vaccinated kids way from the ones that are not vaccinated due to legitimate health reasons. Put them in different classes.
I think this is a better option than straight up forbidding non vaccinated kids to attend public school.
Sure. Put the onus on the school instead of where it belongs, on the parents. There are so many ways that plan can go wrong.
