Consciousness is not something physical but for most atheists it is and this make everything so difficult to understand.
Strange, makes you wonder why consciousness needs the physical senses to perceive when it's in the brain. If we have spirit eyes, aren't eyeballs a bit redundant? To hell with spirit eyes though, all I wanna know is whether or not I have a spirit peen and can spirit-gasm..because if not, fuck that noise.
