What, just the opposite. You don't get candy or guns for free. Don't be silly and imply I was implying guns are handed out for free. But they still are too easy to obtain.
With no record, most people can go into a guns shop, submit their info, and walk out minutes later. Nobody claimed they didn't have to pay for the fireram.
