Nobody will say about themselves "I am a sexual predator", lol, even actual sexual predators won't tell you that. It will defeat the entire purpose of the predation game : you should convince your potential female partner that you are more than your bodily functions, that you are more than a reproduction organism. But the primitive instinct is always there, no matter how much you try to hide it.
And, like other 'primitive instincts', we need to learn to be civilized. So, we don't steal even if we *really* want something. And we don't blame the victim of theft for having expensive shoes.
Those who choose to be jerks need to be condemned. And we shouldn't blame women because some jerk gets a woody.

So, do we condemn the jerks and give women freedom of self-determination? or do we coddle the jerks and deny women the right to wear the clothes they want?
The choice seems clear to me. And it isn't the one many religions choose.
