Literally the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

RE: Literally the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
I think it should be required viewing in every school history class. What stood out for me particularly about the film (spoiler alert) is the way that every single Nazi around that table expressed different levels of concern for the welfare of the Jews yet none of them thought or dared to question whether the policy of the Final Solution was morally justifiable. It's a perfect parallel with the whole slavery in the bible thing we tried to explain recently.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

I've read the Wannsee meeting transcript, it really stood out that none of the participants were that bothered with the Jews dying, but were more concerned with keeping enough able bodied workers as their production quotas were already not being met, and that was just in the start of WW II, not even the later part. Also the wholesale sterilization idea as it was dismissed is also to be found in the transcript is quite disturbing.
Best regards,
Leo van Miert
