Needs more options... My favorite religion, the one I would pick if I was going to be religious, is Shinto-Animism. I don't know why but I have more respect for worshiping animals on the technicality that they, ya know... exist.

OK, if we are adding our own options mine would be a mix of Satanism and SugarDaddyism where I would be the SB, the Supreme Being. A.k.a. SD...
The religion I have the most respect for is
Jainism - the five principles of it are : pacifism honesty : non materialism : celibacy : trust - they will not harm any living thing and eschew the right of self defence : a Jainist would rather die than harm any other individual no matter what the circumstances - they are vegetarians too as they cannot harm animals either - they do not believe in owning possessions and abstain from sex notwithstanding for the purpose of pro creation - they do not believe in lying or stealing Do of course have metaphysical beliefs but do not proslelytize - if theirs was the only religion I guarantee you that atheists would have nothing to worry about The worst thing I can say about them is that they have a reverse swastika for a symbol but as they pre date Third Reich by a magnitude of over four thousand years that is nothing more than an unfortunate but entirely coincidental association with Fascism - but definitely a belief system no non believer would have a problem with - end of - so unobtrusive most have never heard of it

As far as which religions are the least objectionable, well it's easier to say which are most objectionable. That would be the three main monotheistic religions (Christianity, Islam and Judaism) for the simple reason that they try to shove their shit down others throats.
