Well, let's not get too worked up, maybe it's perfectly legal for a man to push a woman onto train tracks in Turkey (or assault a woman...regardless of whether or not train tracks are involved, or maybe train tracks are an extenuating circumstance in Turkish law, IE you can't assault a woman except to push her on to train tracks).
