When are these idiots going to accept that they do not have the right not to be offended - and even if they did, it must not ever be allowed take priority over the right to free speech.

The video made me think about how much the non Muslim world is afraid of Muslims. I think we are afraid. We are just hiding behind the word "toleration." In "toleration" we don't draw Mohamed, use a Koran to prop up a window, or speak openly and loudly about the other horrors of that religion. In "toleration" we scold people who suggest these things. It's like we don't know where the line is between our rights and theirs. But perhaps I'm wrong.

Toleration has often come to mean capitulation. There's nothing wrong with toleration. Capitulation isn't always such a good idea (not that toleration is always a good idea either, honestly).

Yeah, I think you're right. Perhaps people don't know where the line is between toleration and capitulation? Still It seems as if they are hiding in fear. In my opinion Islam is a religion of fear and intimidation not of peace.

I could suggest that politicians are pandering to an increasing portion of the vote. Or exploiting muslims as a vehicle for their reputation as "tolerant and progressive" for an even larger portion of the vote. Let me ask you this, in countries that have tolerated some level of Sharia, how many of the politicians who signed that in moved to muslim neighborhoods and subjected themselves to sharia? Kiss the baby, then get the fuck out of dodge, because no matter what they don't want to be seen amongst their unwashed possessions (us) any more than they have to be. They don't give a fuck if you might be rounded up for blasphemy, because they won't be, they have nice big gates on their fences.
