Why do you have to complicate matters?
Some women (in my experience no more than about 10%) have at least two physical types of orgasm. The 'plain vanilla orgasm', and the squirt orgasm. But the large majority of men, and of women!, don't even know that latter one exists, or they would swear it is fake.

I was there when a girl who saw another girl doing it very demonstratively in front of her eyes with an 8 foot squirt (this laptop – busy displaying hard prOn – was royally splashed!), still didn't believe it and was convinced it was fake!
But then I was also there when the second moonlanding was televised live and several older men (like I am now...) loudly stated that was faked too...

Not really surprising: people have probably been jerked around too often.

I'm not complicating anything. I'm asking the women here to share their views. There are many more types of orgasms, by the way, including whole body orgasms.
