As to me, I have 4 boys, now men and all are responsible and even the one who is divorced is looking after his children thanks.

What does that question have to do with our cities being full of skanks and whores of both sexes?

Just wondering because there are too many childless people out there with no clue what it takes to be a parent that love to spout off about how children should be raised.

I agree that spending power does have an influence at individual level but as a social section of society, the rich do better in some sectors of morality than others. Abortion for one.

I did find this though when I was looking for prison stats to prove you wrong. I did not find any but that does not mean that they are not out there as I know that many underclasses, blacks and natives, all poor, that are over represented in the prison population.
