Isn't this interesting - my inbox is suspiciously empty of warnings, my warning level remains at virgin percent, my login rights are curiously unaffected. Is the report facility broken?

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

NO; people are not banned here for being annoying twats. (fortunately for both you and me)
I've made my position very clear; IF it was up to me,theists would not be permitted, period.
BUT, it is not up to me. This is a privately owned forum, not a democracy. The rules are set by the owners. I don't have to agree with the rules and am free to express my disagreement rationally. If I don't feel able to obey the rules or get fed up, I will leave.
Rev, this is only an internet forum after all.

Maybe we could have a "rational people only" section of our forum where only non-theists could post? Christian forums have similar divisions, "apologetic sections" where atheists are allowed to post (only they still ban people for asking annoying questions or making strong arguments).

It would be nice to be able to create a thread that would be protected from the sprinkling of Jesus dust.

So we flood the "Debate" area??...just a suggestion.

Am I the only one that feels like having proper discussions with them? Maybe I haven't had much experience talking to theists but me being on the side of atheism for once, but I find it interesting to hear their reasoning.

The problem is that once you have been an atheist for a length of time, especially one that takes part in forums such as these, you begin to get sick and tired of hearing the same things from theists over and over again.
Hell, I've even gotten tired of hearing the same things from atheists over and over again and I agree with them (for the most part). Don't worry... once you have had the same discussion a few score of times, you will tire of typing it out.

Ah true. Well, as a free thinker my main priority is to expand my understanding of everything. This includes horrible human errors in reasoning and the causes of that.
