Contemplate getting up (unless I'm late in which case - skip to breakfast)
Do exercises (new for me but I'm giving it a try!)
Go for a whiz
Weigh myself
Record weight on app
Get & eat muesli whilst listening to radio
Either fire up VPN or jump into the work van outside depending on what I've got on that day

Where do people get these alarms that snooze for 10 or 15 minutes? Every alarm I have ever encountered snoozes for 9 minutes each snooze.

Phone call from Red Cross to see if I'm still alive
10-20 minutes later, get up,emit trumpet-like fart con mucho gusto..
Spend about 20 minutes pandering to my rumbling prostate.
Feed the dogs
Make breakfast. ( weetbix,or proper porridge or toast) Large pot of espresso .
Boot computer: check email and a few forums fora bout 2 hours.
( I bathe at night)

8:30-ish Wake up...usually because my wife is farting around getting ready for her fucking gym class.
8:40-ish turn on the computer, pour a cup of coffee, let the dog in (or out) depending on where she is, grab the morning paper.
8:45-ish take a dump, drink some coffee, look at the paper, get pissed off with the whole fucking world.
9:00-ish check email, greet friends, delete spam, check into AF.org and start looking for theists to bash.
Ah.... retirement. ( All times approximate.)

Well, woke up this morning with a wine glass in my hand.
