True, But with a hollow-point and properly positioned gun would mean that although you could be technically alive I imagine I would have destroyed enough of my brain to not worry too much.

What a stupid fucking question.

RE: Suicide
Well,my plan is to leave before I go completely gaga. The timing may be difficult. Hopefully that will not be for another 12 years so.

Methode d'emploi: A dangerous but not-quite-lethal dose of barbituates,washed down with quite few glasses of the best cognac I can get my hands on. (about $500 a bottle)

I am both serious and furious. I am furious because the god botherers can't mind their own fucking business and block any proposed legislation allowing voluntary euthanasia .That means I can tell no one,and that some one I love will probably have the deep distress of discovering my body.

I honestly don't know if I will have the courage to end my life by myself.

It doesn't take courage, just desperation. If you truly don't want to go gaga you won't have a problem when the time comes.

I'd never kill myself. However, if I did I'd want it to be so fucked up they'd never forget and just be left in a state of, "Who the fuck would do that?". Smile

This is for the U.S. 1-800-273-8255
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

Just thought I might add that.

Me? I'd jump off Angel Falls.

He's kidding, Sophia. If you take things like the fact that we all have our own lives and other people's lives in our hands all the time too seriously in the moments when it is not serious, you will go crazy. Yes, suicide is a very sad thing. It is also a personal choice and this thread is not going to be the catalyst for anyone to kill themselves. It takes much more than that, as I'm sure some people in this very thread know.

RE: Suicide
One question. WTH are you people doing?! This is beyond stupid, this is lethal. I know people who've tried things like this when they were about to kill themselves.

@WhatIfGodWasJustAMyth
Buy a puppy or a kitten. It serves two purposes. Firstly, they're adorable and make people happier to just be near them. I could cite a study, but we're not arguing. Secondly, in a couple months you'll know that they depend on you entirely, and you may stop suicidal thoughts if you know they'd be scared and alone without you.

I don't think he's actually asking for advice on how to kill himself. It's just a discussion on how you would. I see no harm in it.
