And repent for what? being who I am, to say sorry I am gay because that's how I was made, no I don't think so.

The "made this way" argument doesn't hold up very well, every murderer, rapist and pedophile could say exactly the same thing. There is no hard evidence that you are born homosexual. There is no "homosexual gene"

I think I'm perfectly entitled to my own views, without being labeled a bigot. It always seems to me that anyone who disagrees with these minority groups is labelled a bigot, are you so intolerant of other peoples opinions?

and by bigotry you mean people who disagree with you, so,

"Yes, I am intolerant of people who disagree with me" doesn't that make you a bigot? Thinking

bigot is such a stupid word, its always used by people who are so conceited in their own thinking that believe anyone who disagrees with them is wrong, therefore they use a derogatory word to describe anyone who doesn't agree with them.

Well yes and no, science are looking at epigenetics: basicly looking at chemical switched that activate or deactivate a gene in pregnancy, and it could be the gene responsible for the masculinisation of the brain could have be turn on early or off late that time not allowing the brain to not be fully masculine. Also the female body attacks the featus and because it is male try s to feminised the foetus (as one hypothesis states). there is no one Gay gene per say, but one thing is clear one somebody it born gay they are gay for life, like an not rewritable cd once written all-ways written. once straight always straight, once gay always gay end.

I don't believe that for one second, I think sexuality is very fluid and is something you choose or are seduced or enticed into and consent to. Also i'm not talking about being effeminate, there are many very masculine men who engage in homosexual behavior.

It is a fact female sexuality is more fluid then mens, mens is more fixed.

Bigot is not a catchall term for people who disagree with you. It is a person who doggedly sticks to their own prejudices. Being intolerant of bigots does not make you a bigot yourself. I don't see what is bad about being intolerant of people such as yourself with irrational prejudices. Have you actually got any reasons for hating gays apart from your bible saying so?

Find a list of all those the bible discriminates, and see how many of those you have prejudices against.

You don't seem to get it do you? "Irrational prejudices" according to you! BTW I don't "hate" anybody, I think some forms of behavior are incorrect. Do atheists "doggedly stick" to their prejudices against Christians? Everyone becomes a bigot to the opposing side in any argument, its such a meaningless term.

Yes a silly book, a silly book that has driven western culture and learning, inspired great art and thinkers, changed the lives of millions of people, given the west its entire basis for law and morality, still inspires people today to help the poor and downtrodden in the world, yes a very silly book it must be, obviously, because silly books can have that effect can't they....
