As an Englishmen, I want the Scots to go independent.

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity. Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist. You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them. If you're not supposed to ride faster than your guardian angel can fly then mine had better get a bloody SR-71. RE: Yes campaign, too soon?

You guys declared independence from the UK, and so are the Scots (hopefully). (May 25, 2012 at 3:51 pm)Whistle Blower Wrote: It is said that a week is a long time in politics, so how about 2 years? Has the Scottish FM called his yes campaign 2 years too early? In a society that is becoming jaded with politics and politicians, what are the chances that they can sustain this campaign? Will it do more harm than good calling it so early? I think that people lie to themselves if they think that signing a declaration will win them their independence. Someone asked me: Should England go independent? Break up the Union completely?
Take away the whole 'United Kingdom' and replace it with the 'Kingdoms of Britain'? Thoughts?

Why kingdoms and not a republic?
