The word sin, and its verbs, past, present and future tense appears in the King James Version some 841 times. What is your point?

The point is this, God's love forgives all the sin when believers ask for His forgiveness.

The point is that writing these things makes no sense if your goal is to win people over.

As a Christian you're supposed to. You must believe Christ died for all of mankind's sins and you are here to try and save as many people's souls as possible by turning them back to god. If you do not try, you have abandoned your would-be brothers and sisters, and are in danger of hellfire yourself.

This is kind of obvious from Jesus' teachings and Paul's letters in Corinthians isn't it? If you don't seek to save the spiritually dead, what are you? Not of Christ that's for sure. If you do not aim to turn the hearts of the people to God you do not believe in Jesus' sacrifice, therefore you are condemned, perishable and will suffer a fate worse than Sodom.

Are you kidding? The god of the OT is angry, vengeful and warlike. The god of the NT is loving, forgiving and peaceful. If that doesn't demonstrate a split personality, I don't know what does.
